Fuse is a blend of kickboxing, aerobics, core and resistance training with a mini loop band. It is choreographed to music to motivate you to push through the cardio, abs and burner tracks. Everyone leaves sweaty and happy!
Barre fitness is a ballet based NO IMPACT full body toning class. We work on mobility, flexibility and anatomical alignment. With modifications for every athlete this class is for beginning to advanced fitness friends.
From those who have never taken ballet to those who danced in their youth, this class is a great way to develop those skills and strengthen the body. This traditional ballet class will start with barre exercises, move to across the floor and center combinations, finishing with reverence.
